How do I choose my volume?
Estimate your monthly needs, then your busiest day. Both limits apply together.
Essentiel : 200 units per day.
Croissance : 500 units per day. An available monthly balance does not let you exceed this daily maximum.
Does one message always use one SMS unit?
Length and some characters change usage. A long or Unicode message may use two SMS units. Analysis shows the required units before sending.
When does my allowance renew?
The allowance renews after a successful renewal payment. Unused units expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
Does the free trial include API sending?
No. Eligible accounts receive five web test SMS, only to their own verified number, without a subscription. API sending requires an active plan and uses its allowance.
