Questions before you start
Can I create an account without a subscription?
Yes. Eligible accounts can verify their own number and send five web test SMS to it without a subscription. API sending is not part of the trial. Confirmed payment activates a plan for your other messages.
Can I use the dashboard and the API?
Yes. Dashboard campaigns and API requests use the same plan. With an active plan, create a live key in API and webhooks and choose its permissions. Individual campaigns do not require prior approval.
What do the included SMS units mean?
A standard message uses one unit. A longer or Unicode message may use two units. The platform shows the required units before confirmation.
Do unused SMS units roll over?
No. Unused units expire at the end of each monthly period. A successful renewal gives you the plan's new monthly allowance.
What if a renewal payment fails?
Your account and dashboard remain accessible, but sending is suspended until the subscription is reactivated.
Can I add units without changing plans?
Not currently. Top-ups are planned but are not available to purchase. Any future availability will depend on capacity and the current period's expiry.
Are Arabic messages supported?
Yes. Arabic uses Unicode encoding. The platform calculates the corresponding unit usage automatically.
Which numbers can I contact?
The service focuses on Moroccan mobile numbers in international +212 format, subject to your use case and account rules.
Which sender will recipients see?
Recipients see a mobile number that may vary between messages. The service does not provide a fixed brand name or Sender ID.
